Every product of WIN2000 starts at the R&D department where engineers and product designers creates precise 3D graphics for every product.
The degree of innovation is displayed in the figure of 30 new developed designs, which are created every month as well as different patents hold by WIN2000 Telecom Co., Ltd.

WIN2000 offers a wide range of different raw materials such from Germany, Taiwan or China. Customer can choose which kind of raw material fits perfectly to their requirements.
Raw materials are only offered by sustainable and resource-efficient suppliers, which follow high market restrictions.

Manufacturing

The production base covers an area of 45.000 sqm and has a monthly capacity of 10 million pieces.
The workshop consists of 19 assembling lines 9 CNC machines, 150 injection machines, 16 oil press machines, 4 automated painting lines, 9 leather cutting machines as well as one dust-free work shop.
All molds are designed and created in house and are together with the latest production technologies a key advantage of WIN2000.
2000 skilled workers guarantee precision in every step of production process till the high-quality protection product is completed.

The QA department at the same time the final and one of the most important steps in WIN2000`s management philosophy.
To strengthen the overall quality WIN2000 has over 100 employees which following strict quality procedures and modern testing machines are permanent in use.
