The way of building the products
PRODUCT DEVELOPING
- Our creative and young R&D department is the starting point of every Weiyu backpack.
- The constant developing of new ideas and concepts is created under the use of modern 3-D technology in combination with the simplicity of hand drawings.
- Every backpack should follow the vision of connecting modern design with practicality.
Raw Material
- High-quality products are made out oft the best materials.
- Weiyu uses raw materials like pollster and nylon, which are imported from Germany and South Korea.
- We only use materials from sustainable and resource-efficient suppliers as well as fair production.
Manufacturing
- Weiyu´s production base covers an area of 6.000 sqm and has a capacity of producing 10.000 backpacks monthly.
- The workshop consists of circa 200 sewing machines including high-tech automatic and double needle machines.
- 200 skilled workers guarantee precision in every step of production process till the high-quality backpack is completed.
Quality Control
- The quality control with its QA department follows strict checking procedures and uses latest testing machines to secure the overall quality of every product.
- Weiyu knows just if they fulfil the needs of their cooperated partners and satisfy end customer, Royal Mountain will be successful in the future.
- All employees of Weiyu follow the guiding principle of "quality defines existence and management is the key to development“.
